FEM simulation

When a machine is defective, it is worth considering if it was designed properly. In this context we employ both analytical and numerical calculation methods. For structural problems we apply finite-element analysis, which allows for stresses and deformations of complex parts to be calculated. It can also include non-linear calculations such as contact simulations or plastic deformations.


For entire transmission systems we use the FVA-Workbench. In addition to including FEM for the housing, this package includes the most cutting-edge calculation methods for gears, rolling element bearings, couplings, and much more, yielding a reliable examination of the entire system.
